You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

ActorSite AI offers a 30-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the platform. ActorSite AI retains ownership of the platform, design templates, and proprietary technology.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your published websites will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

ActorSite AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
